How we help
Property Walkthroughs & Oversight
Whether weekly, monthly, or seasonal, we conduct thorough walkthroughs of your home—inside and out. We check for leaks, pest activity, weather damage, and anything that looks off, so you’re never caught off guard by what’s waiting when you return.
Maintenance Coordination
From recurring service appointments to one-off repairs, we schedule, supervise, and communicate with vendors on your behalf. Whether it’s a pool tech, HVAC contractor, or specialty cleaner—we make sure the work gets done and meets our standards.
On-Call Support & Light Repairs
If something breaks, we’ll either fix it directly or bring in the right pro—fast. With a background in construction, engineering and property maintenance, we don’t just log issues—we know how to solve them efficiently and correctly.
Home Resets & Pre-Arrival Prep
Your home should feel clean, inviting, and ready to enjoy the moment you arrive. We take care of fresh linens, thermostat settings, lighting, trash removal, and optional fridge stocking—so you can relax, not reset.
Mail, Packages & Deliveries
We monitor for deliveries, accept packages, and place them inside when you're away. For furniture or high-value items, we can oversee drop-offs and installations, ensuring everything lands where it should.
Need to Remodel or Upgrade?
We also offer full renovation oversight and hands-on remodeling services. From cosmetic upgrades to bigger projects, we can plan, manage, and execute with the same level of trust and precision as our home management work. It’s one less crew to hire—and one more thing off your plate.

We offer customizable home management plans, depending on your home's size, location, and service needs. After a quick consult, we’ll recommend a package that fits your lifestyle—and your property.

Monthly Home Visit
One full home check-in (interior + exterior)
HVAC, plumbing, and appliance checks
Visual inspection for leaks, pests, and mold
Not Included: Repairs, grocery prep, deep cleaning, seasonal maintenance, project oversight (see Add-Ons)
Prices starting at: $250/mo -
Two visits per month with home prep and light maintenance.

Our core service is second home management—but we also offer handyman, repair, and remodeling services to local homeowners. If you’re full-time and need reliable help, we’re still your people.

That depends on your needs. Some clients prefer weekly walkthroughs, others monthly or seasonally. We’ll build a custom schedule based on how often you use your property and what level of care you want.

We inspect the interior and exterior, check for leaks, moisture, pest activity, HVAC or appliance issues, and anything that looks off. We’ll also collect mail, bring packages inside, adjust lighting or thermostat settings, and follow your custom checklist if needed.

Absolutely. We can work with your preferred landscapers, cleaners, pool companies, etc.—or bring in trusted pros from our vetted network. We’ll handle the scheduling, follow-up, and quality control.

If there’s a storm, freeze, or any major weather event, we proactively check on your home and report back. We’ll secure outdoor items beforehand (when possible) and assess for damage afterward—sending updates, photos, and coordinating any urgent repairs needed. You’ll be informed, but not overwhelmed—we handle what needs handling.

Our pricing depends on the level of care, size of the property, and how often you'd like us to visit. Some clients need light seasonal oversight, while others prefer weekly full-service support. We’ll provide a custom quote based on your needs—and we’re always transparent about what’s included, with no surprise fees.
